It’s Bumps week, here in the fine city on the Cam. For me, that means this is the busiest of the busiest weeks in the year. Still, managing to fit in a few other bits a pieces: off to see three times Academy Award winner The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, so we can see if it’s all its cracked up to be.
On other topics, Dan Black is back! The frontman of The Servant has been working on some weird and wonderful solo material since his previous project came to a close, I implore you to enjoy it here. I can’t wait for the album!
Dark was the night is now out, so I will be heading out to pick it up sometime when I get a chance, by the looks of things this will be next week. My music tastes are currently be appeased by Sing Tomorrow’s Praise by Asobi Seksu, as well as Help I’m Alive by Metric, which is slightly annoying, but reasonably enjoyable. My sister also pointed out this live performance by Jason Mraz. I first came across his music three years ago, when he was featured as a free download on iTunes. If you want to chill out, Jack Johnson style, listening to a talented singer strum on his guitar, I can’t recommend it enough.
This was anounced the other day. Be very excited.
